It's Never Too Late...

One of the reasons I LOVE doing graphics more than drawing is it kind of keeps my drawings as my thing. I can do it for fun, this is a little gag based on the legendary Rob Baker line "...grew a bitchin' set of tits before he died of a heart attack!" except I added ninjas. I think the more I explain it, the less fun it gets! So, my friends I'm weird, and if you laughed at the drawing. So...are...you. :P

I like Penny-Arcade and recently the artist has this...I can't put my finger on it, but some of his expressions have a subtlety that is both impressive for his growth, but also extremely effective for the comedy of the strip. I love Gabe's final expression in panel 3, it's of such childlike joy.

Speaking of which, he told a story in their blog thingie about going to Pokemon tournament. It warmed my heart. More fans should remember what it is to love and not just "collect & judge" something.

Yeah, so this is A SUPER FUN birthday ecard (bit off some JibJab style) I made for a client. ((requires FlashPlayer9)) We're getting tons of great feedback for it and it was great fun stress relief in light of some current troubles. Meanwhile, keeping busy but stay tuned, this blog is HOPIN'!

Been drawing with these red and blue pencils, like da animators use. I got say, i like it. I'd post the sketch but I drew over it so much it hurts to look at. This is just another in a series of doing a self portrait out of aggrevation. I got pissed recently and decided not to take it. Needless to say, you want your feelings hurt I'm all to willing lately. So FYI, you get your head torn off, well, you were warned.

Meanwhile, I owe a lot of folks some work, and I've been playing emo, so it's time to get back to it.

So I made one, the Casey quote is provided by Dennis "I don't like people playin' on my phone" Estanislao so blame him...although I did really say that, but it was in song for me and...than later...to sell a fictional tomato sauce. ....don't question me.... or...i'll cut you. :P
